About Erik Anderson


I have been immersed in fitness most of my life. I started playing sports at a young age and I learned the importance of exercise to enhance my athletic ability, and stave off injury. I decided to fulfill my passion for fitness by helping others achieve their fitness and body goals.
My specialties include fat burning while sculpting lean muscle, with a huge emphasis on form which I will teach you.
You will learn an easy trick that when done consistently will burn off inches around your midsection and make your abs visibly defined, without doing endless crunches.

Studying for NASM Performance Exercise Specialist

 12 Week Program 

  This program begins by building the foundation of proper body mechanics to increase results and prevent injury long term.  The workouts progress with difficulty each week as your body gets accustomed to the new stimulus that the workouts offer.  Fat loss and muscle develpoment will begin to be noticed at this stage.  1-2 lbs of fat loss/ week can be expected as well as 1/2 lb of muscle added/ week for guys, and increased muscle tone for women.
